
One of my many goals is to connect our community through active efforts on behalf of our people. The places below are all trans* positive places that you can go for more information about trans* news, quotes, people, activism and community spirit.
The mission of TS is to focus on positive contributions of trans* people throughout history, to showcase successful transitions, to monitor trans* work related efforts such as ENDA, and to prove not only that you cannot “see” a trans* person but that trans* people can succeed in anything we wish to do. This site is for you. To give you a role model to look up to, a rich history of people just like you, and to inspire you to go out and succeed in whatever it is you want to do.
TA is dedicated to providing education and resources to trans* people and their loved ones. They cover news related to trans* people, images, links to trans* related spaces, activist opportunities to encourage community participation, videos and how-to instructions on things such as packing, voice changing, and more. TA also is available to dispense advice and answer trans* related questions. You can find a trans* resources page on their blog.
TQ is dedicated to finding and publishing any and all quotes related to being trans, transgender, ftm, mtf, genderqueer, gender non-binary, gender fluid, transsexual, non-gendered and all those in and out of the gender spectrum. TQ was a project that began out of the desire to be able to share the voices of the trans* community with others.
AoT is a blog begun by two friends to educate and entertain their fellow transmen. The attempt has been to create a magazine-like blog providing information on male fashion, skin care, presenting (“passing”), social issues surrounding transition, as well as sex and relationships. They are also available to answer questions that arise as they are both experienced in testosterone, surgeries, and a variety of other trans information.
TC is a anti-profit project that seeks to advocate for the inclusion of all trans* folks in transgender spaces. They also take in used binders and send them off to people in need regardless of gender identity.
TSMM is an online resource that believes in promoting transgender equality through public education. The staff travel all over doing interviews, speaking at panels and teaching classes and lectures. On the internet,TSMM is home of countless resources including; The Big Brother Program (tips and tricks from transmen), Me Too! (transmen pen pal program), The Closet (clothing exchange), Noah It All (basic ‘guy’ knowledge), The Gentleman Primer (situational advice for guys).
